Micki Magee is an artist from Lansing, Michigan. Growing up in the nearby town of Williamston, she spent years studying art with some of the area's best teachers and entering pieces in shows like Art Scholarship Alert. At Michigan State University, Micki Studied English Literature and began to specialize in writing and photography. She is a member of the Mid Michigan Art Guild, the Deckled Edge Art Group, and has taught at a workshop for the Jackson Civic Art Association.

Her work has been in numerous shows over the past several years and is featured regularly in the Mid Michigan Art Guild Membership Exhibit and the Deckled Edge Membership art shows, occasionally showing at local art festivals as well.

Micki's favorite thing to photograph is people and she is drawn to the unique personalities we each possess. She finds joy in capturing individuals and groups in the environments and moods that suit them best.
